Description

Access to the project lot is via the local road "Saette". From the entrance with gate through a gravel path you reach the house which is located in the center of the lot.

A patio on the east side gives direct access to the living area, directly connected to the kitchen/dining area. Through a small hallway you reach the main bedroom with adjacent bathroom. The second bedroom with adjacent bathroom is located on the opposite side of the building.

From the kitchen on the north side, there is a service entrance to the house, from which through the staircase leads to the basement completely underground and used as a garage car and agricultural tools.

The house is perfectly inserted in the landscape through the use of local materials, tuff and stone cladding, in addition to maintaining the rock bank derived from the excavation.
