Description

The apartment is a stately home located in via per Lecce in Manduria, TA completely renovated and redesigned.

The house consists of the following rooms: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, study, living room, dining room and kitchen. The dining area and the kitchen overlook a terrace. The floors are vaulted and accessed through a staircase of the property.

The project consists of modifications of the internal distribution: one of the bathrooms was made larger and the living room was connected with the dining area through an opening and a staircase of four steps, since placed at different heights.

The solutions chosen were aimed at interpreting, enhancing and defining the environment according to the needs of customers. The choice of colors, furnishings, materials and solutions are in line with the taste of the owners and the nature of the building.
