Description

La Controra is an urban farm. Once peripheral, today it is located in the town a few minutes walk from the center and the old town.

Through the renovation project, the farm has been transformed into an informal family-run bed & breakfast, with double rooms, triple or single room. The environment is friendly and convivial. On the first floor there is a fab-lab co-working with inside a hall, eight shared workstations, tools and machinery and a meeting room.

The project has given life back to a historical place then forgotten, making it available to the local community, digital nomads and smart workers.
