The Firm deals with design in the field of residential, craft, commercial and building recovery. From the feasibility study to the architectural design, from the executive design to the control on the execution of the works in compliance with urban, environmental and building regulations, supporting the customer for all the necessary administrative practices, offering an optimal service and ensuring maximum reliability for each construction project.
The architectural project for the ex-novo construction of a house, for renovation or restoration, starts from the careful interpretation of the needs of the client and develops from the original idea and feasibility study, in relation to the place and needs up to 3D modeling and rendering to travel virtually in the spaces designed and, after the approval of the detailed executive design, we move to the direction of work on the site.
The Firm is also responsible for the management of the building works, managing the relationships between the client and the company, coordinating the activities that take place within the construction site by verifying the materials used and the finishes carried out, supervising the smooth running of the work in the manner and time provided, verifying the qualitative and quantitative correspondence of the materials used with those established in the executive project, paying equal attention to the safety of the workers working on the site.
